Unable to find data in Runtime Configuration file from App data

Hi,

When I tried to give deployed path in the Runtime configuration file from the App data, I am unable to find any data Runtime configuration file. Could anyone please help me with this issue?

@sushmam9 I am not sure I understand what your issue is. Is it that the version of RuntimeConfig.xml in your %AppData%\Pegasystems folder in empty? If so, we need to know where you are getting your RuntimeConfig.xml from. If you are using Pega Robot Manager, then it is likely that the file is being delivered from there. Assuming that mechanism is working, I would delete your local copy of the file in %AppData%\Pegasystems and allow Runtime to download a current copy from Pega Robot Manager. If you are not using Pega Robot Manager or the file is not able to be downloaded for some reason, when Runtime starts, it will grab a copy of the RuntimeConfig.xml from the installation directory.

I would try deleting the file from %AppData%\Pegasystems and allowing it to be replaced with a copy from either Pega Robot Manager or the installation directory. If coming from the installation directory, you can then close Runtime and edit the local version to change whatever settings you need to change. If it is coming from Pega Robot Manager, then you should edit the file from Pega Robot Manager and a new copy will be downloaded next time Runtime launches.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the RPA software, Now I can able to see the data. I will look into the solution you provided as well.
