Unable to create Extract

Hi,

I have added the Bix in the application ruleset stack, I am able to see extract under SysAdmin, But when click on craete and enter the label name, applies to class and ruleset, and click create and open, it’s not opeing new tab, the same tab again comes.

Any Solution?

For organizations that have licensed BIX, after you enable the built-in BIX ruleset to your application, BIX extractions are made available in Pega Platform. For details, see Enabling the BIX ruleset. If you need to update your licensing to use BIX extracts in your application, contact your account team.

Can you please check Pega Rules logs to troubleshoot this further?

@THARUNKT you might need to update the privileges for the operator ID you are using. Start with checking the Access of Role to Object. Check under SysAdmin4 role. It might be missing the BIX Class privileges.
