Hi,
I currently use Pega 24.1.0 Constellation UI while configuring Case step → configure view → added views. Still, when it runs it acts as a read-only and also in dev studio under Data Model–> User interface–> unable see sections (only Harness available).
Issue: I am not able to design fields in form and how to change the configure view to editable.

For this question, it looks like you have embedded 2 other views into this Registration view (Vendor Profile and Address). What type of views are these embedded views? Please note that only Form type views are editable so if these are configured as Partial views then they will be presented as read-only. If you go back to the UX / Other views tab in the case designer what view type do Vendor Profile and Address appear as? If they are Partial then it is expected that they are read only, and you would need to create them as form views to allow editing by a user.
