Menu bar - Structual, Data Capture, Pickers, Action, Data Display is not loading.
Have issue in both App Studio and Dev studio. Earlier we had this issue, after daily server restart it was coming up. But the issue has popped up again.
In logs i see SQL timeout errors.

Do you have any error on your PegaRULES logs? How about if you try to trace it, do you have an error on tracer output?

Error in logs is same as i have mentioned.
An error occured on executing the query for the report definition - There was a problem getting a list: code: 0 SQLState: HY008 Message: The query has timed out.
There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator. Rule-UI-Components are either missing or cannot be found.
P.S: Our application is based on UIKit and not on Cosmos. (this might be an issue ??)
