I have a doubt.
How can we cancel a ticket of a customer in a movie ticket booking system, so that the details of booking of the customer are not permanently deleted from the system of records?
Can someone help me out?

If you are working off a self-designed application, ie nothing to do with Pega Academy courses, could we ask that you liaise via your internal student study group as this does not seem relevant for external product help?
