There is 1 parent case and it has 3 child cases if 1 child case is resolved other child cases as well is the parent itself should be resolved-How to configure this?can we use pxForceCaseClose utility here?
if all the child cases are resolved, the parent will be resolved automatically.

Use the Wait Shape and configure any child case to reach status or to be resolved and Ensure “Wait for all child cases to be resolved” is unchecked. Please find teh below screenshot for your reference.

How?I mean say there are some assignments left that needs to be completed in parent case before resolving
