Steps to Upgrade Pega Constellation from Version 23 to a Higher Version

We are currently using Pega Constellation 23.1.0 and are planning to upgrade to a higher version (23.1.4 or 24.1.2).

Could someone share any documentation or steps for the upgrade process? Additionally, if there are any recommendations or previous experience feedback related to this task, we would greatly appreciate it.
