Smart Disputes - Reject5000's - Cases in Claims Manager Updated as "Worked"

Scenario

  • Reject5000 (any type, A,B,C) is received in Smart Disputes

  • User processes Reject5000 as needed and case is resolved in Smart Disputes

  • Case in Claims Manager is left in an unworked state (not updated as Worked)

Question: Is there, or will there be, a systematic response back to Claims Manager to update Reject5000’s as worked?
