SLA Goal Deadline Notifications Before getting Elapsed

Hi,

I have a requirement wherein we would need to send Notifications to Users before the Goal or Deadline is Elapsed.

To ensure the User takes the appropriate action before the Goal or Deadline timelines expires, we would need to send a Email notification 1 day before the dates set. Can this be achieved by the OOTB functions?

Hello,

Well this is the aim of the SLA rule right. Maybe you should set a first SLA and then reset the SLA with a different date.

Yes, resetting SLA is one way and other way is using Job scheduler(or Agents ) which runs every hour.
