so when I shared the app with my team and I wanted to test the transfer assignment when my team member tried to preview the workflow so we could have a look if it was transferred and all we could see is a black screen when previewing the workflow.

How did you ‘share’ your application?
Are you referring to the ‘Preview panel’?
What are the Operator access role priviledges?
What browser errors and / or PegaRULES log errors do you see?

yes I am referring to the Preview panel.
he can every thing but he can’t preview the app.
the error he is getting is: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
there is something strange happened when I was going to present my workflow to the team when I press preview the app it previews the dev studio instead the actual application but it got fixed when I reluched the app.
