An activity “pzSendMailToReviwers” is getting called when I am adding reviewers and creating a “Create Review” in a branch, but the reviewers are not getting any mail. I traced the activity and it calls another activity called “pxNotify” but found no errors. How can I send the mail to reviewers?

@selvs1 the emails it should send to are on Outlook “organization specific”, not on Google. does that require any changes in the email account configuration?
