Self Service portal customised theme option gets reset

In a self service portal when a custom logo is added , it reflects in the portal when launched . But same gets reset in the configuration tab in the portal .

Here i have set the custom logo. And tested in the portal → it worked.

Now reopen this portal configuration :

Application logo is reset back to PEGA. But on launch of portal , my new logo is still coming.

Problem statement: If any other change is being made in the portal and is saved , it always gets reverted to PEGA logo in the Launched portal as well.

This issue usually happens due to the logo value not getting persisted correctly in the portal configuration metadata, even though the runtime portal is temporarily picking the uploaded asset from cache/session.
You should Change the custom logo at last.if you change anything in portal after uploading the Custom Image The Image may not reflect.

Thank for rising it. Issue was already identified and will be fixed in Pega 26
