Hi All,
When we try to re-index Work classes, it keeps on running without updating the indexes. We are seeing the below error for all the classes. We have cleared the index file, restarted all the nodes in cluster. But the error keeps coming.
Log Error:
Unable to find the index 'work-Org-work-correspondence-' as the Index Category doesn't fall under OOTB/DEDICATED/CUSTOM.

Issues like this can occur when the util nodes are unstable causing the search functionality to get effected.
Please check your log files as these should give indications of node issues and their causes.

If this is not prod, try to perform the below steps to resolve the issue:-
1.truncate the py_sys_statusnodes table
2.Stop all the util nodes
3.Clean up the index directory on all the util nodes
4.Start the util nodes one by one.
If you need further help and there are no further suggestions, you may want to log a support incident for this on the MSP
