I keep getting this error whenever I try to capture a control on a webpage. It seems I can only interrogate the body element and everything else gives me this error. I have no idea how to fix it.
The error pops up when I am dragging the bullseye across the page, before reaching the control.
Even when I do find a way to reach the control, the interrogation form can’t seem to detect it.
@KhaledA7 I am not familiar with this issue, however whenever you cannot interrogate a control directly with the bullseye, you can use the Web Controls tab to locate controls and add them that way.
As for being unable to interrogate anything; I would suggest that you open a support request. This is probably something specific to your application or your environment that we might be able to determine if we can see it. If you do open a support request, please list the INC in the post.
I couldn’t fix the problem, but using Web Controls.
