Return two values for two conditions rows in the decision table

Hi,

I have a scenario where I want to return two values for two conditions rows in the decision table even though I have enabled the evaluate all rows. I am not able to capture the values, is there something I am missing in the implementation?

Yo have to add pagelist property on the return column to capture multiple values. PFA image for your reference.
