How to add more than one result/return in a column in decision table?

I have a decision table and want to add more columns to fetch the results and one more scenario i want to set the default value for one property in the decision table how can we achieve this.

In the Results tab, check the ‘Allowed to return values’ checkbox. Then you’ll be able to set properties on the table to set values.

Check Evaluate all rows check box.

For default value setting use Preset properties
