Hi a long time ago I started with the training system architect.
It has been a while so I would like to start over.
Is it possible to clear this training for me, so I can start over from scratch with the system-architect training including the challenges?

hi mate,
generally there is no such feature of wiping of completed courses with a request.
two things i can suggest
Use your secondary email to register to pega and complete the course
you can always switch btw the different version of pega during the training so if u start in 8.2 now trying completing the total course in 8.8 or above so that it can show all the new concepts and the latest features for you to complete and learn

You can start again same version from the scratch, even if it is completed no problem, You can do missions on multiple versions.
Note: You can’t login from the secondary mail, Until unless you Make Primary mail, if you make primary, Otherside previous mail will not work for login

@Bhumireddy I think you misunderstood my point i asked him to use secondary email to register and start as a fresh user if he wants to complete the course.
