Query regarding Pega Order Fulfilment Accelerator

Hi @Somesh Batra

I watched your demo of Order Mgmt accelerator for Teclo @ https://community.pega.com/marketplace/application/pega-order-fulfillment.

Can you please clarify:

  1. are there pre-built integrations to back-end OSS and BSS or do they need to be configured when using the accelarator as part of the application build ?
  2. If pre-configured, which OSS/BSS systems are they available for ?

@MarijeSchillern Hi, I’m Arun, Head of Client Service at BlueRose Technologies. Amandeep (above) is doing a piece of work, for which we needed guidance, per this thread.

Amamdeep has seperately emailed [email protected] [email protected], which is the mailbox for questions related to the accelarator - he did this two weeks back but no response.

Can we please get a response to the two questions raised by Amandeep ?

@Arun Malhotra I am still trying to find the relevant SME and have chased again today. Apologies for the delay. The user listed as the Product Owner on the Marketplace summary is no longer with Pega.

@VinodKotha as part of the Gov. Applications team would you be able to provide any input?

There are no pre-built integrations to OSS/BSS in OFA. And to run the out of the box provided features this integration is not mandatory. You can still go ahead and explore them.
