I can see from this article (Dose Purge/Archive tools purge all related recodes ? | Support Center) from which tables data is archived and purged. What happens to attachments that are stored in cloud storage? Do we need to configure a separate process to archive and purge those, or does the wizard handle them as well?
@GlenCaldwell Yes, the wizard does handle the purging of attachments added with the standard ‘Attach Content’ control in a section. There is one exception to this approach that should be noted. The details can be found here: Archive & Purge Wizard does not delete Attachment Records | Support Center (e.g. attachments which are added through a gadget using the ‘+’ icon in the recent section in the right panel are not purged)
