Prpc utilities build failure while deploying hotfix

Hi Team,

We are trying to deploy a hotfix to Pega 8.5.6 using PRPC utilitites “Hotfix for HFIX-A953 : F23 Security Advisory (8.5.6)” and getting the below exception but same successfully deployed from PegaDevStudio . Any advise regars to the same?

[java] Caused by: com.pega.pegarules.priv.updatemanager.InstallException: Error reading Catalog.Zip from DL-28288_HF-A2411.zip : The catalog in the DL file is not built for this product.

Please request for a new DL file with updated catalog file. That should help to fix issue with PRPC utilities.
