We got a zip “DL-23562_INC-213XX3.zip” file from INC-213XX3 request
While installing Hotfix we are getting below mentioned error message. PFA
Error: Signature verification failed for DL-23562_INC-213XX3.zip: Failed to verify signatures: validity check failed.
@Pavithrap6088 you were sent HFIX-85984 in INC-213323. It was given to you for Healthcare Industry Foundation
Product version 8.6.0.
Please make sure you are installing it on the same platform version it was developed for.
Also you were sent it 3rd May. It seems you are only installing it now?
It’s possible that root certificate expired for the DL file received before 25th May 2023.
There was a change in signing certificate used to sign hotfixes on May 25th and hence the DLs provided earlier are failing with this error.
