Progress of learning staff member

Hello, I am from Services Australia and I have a staff member who has being doing the online training to be a Pega developer. His email address is [email protected].

As I am his manager I would like to track his progress and have visibility of how often and for how long training is undertaken by him.

Can you please advise of how I can access this information, as he seems to have been doing this for a very long time now.

@Deanosaur To track your staff member’s Pega training progress, use the Pega Academy tied to your company’s training subscription. Ask your internal Pega Academy administrator to grant you manager access for your staff member, then open the dashboard to see course completion.
