Population of Multiselect based on the values selected from another Multiselect field

I have couple of Multiselects in my View “To List” and “CC List” , The values selected in “To List” has to be removed and remaining values should be displayed in the “CC List”. If anybody implemented a similar requirement let us know the approach you had tried.

I hope you can add a checkbox(Add to CC) to trigger the From Refresh settings to copy the remaining values to CC list.
