PegaEmailManager and App Studio not appearing in Launch Menu in Pega Community Edition

Hi Team,

I am using Pega Community Edition (Pega Infinity Studio 26) and facing an issue with PegaEmailManager and App Studio.

I have already added the required portals to my Access Group. However, when I log in and click Launch > Pega Infinity Studio 26, neither PegaEmailManager nor App Studio appears in the launch menu.

Details:

Environment: Pega Community Edition (Pega Infinity Studio 26)
Portals have been added to the Access Group
After logging in through Pega Infinity Studio, the portals are not visible in the Launch menu

Questions:

Are App Studio and PegaEmailManager supported in Pega Community Edition?
Are there any additional privileges, roles, or configurations required beyond adding the portals to the Access Group?
Is there any known limitation in Community Edition that prevents these portals from appearing in the Launch menu?

App Studio is still supported in '26 and should normally be available.

From my instance,

I would try logging out and relogin again. If it still doesn’t work, I would raise a support ticket to verify.

App/Admin Studio should be available on the Left Toggle (not in Launch menu) once you added the necessary portals.

Pega Email Manager can be selected in the Portal dropdown menu.
