While adding the workgroup to a operator I am unable to find the workgroup in dropdown in the operator details page but the value is there in the Caseworkgroup Property Prompt List.

Next, verify the visibility settings of the workgroup to make sure it’s allowed to appear on the Operator Details page. Also, review the dropdown configuration to confirm it’s pulling from the correct list without any filters that might exclude your workgroup. Make sure the operator has the necessary roles and permissions to view and assign the workgroup. Clearing your browser and Pega caches can sometimes resolve display issues. Additionally, use the Tracer tool to check for any errors when trying to add the workgroup. If the workgroup was recently created or modified, ensure that all data is properly synchronized
