@BalajiS17024027 Visual Studio Update 3 is no longer posted from Microsoft. If you cannot use our latest version and must install 19.1, then open a support request and they can provide you a link to download this update to get it installed. The package is 4 GB in size, so it isn’t something I am aware of a permanent link to.
