Due to MCP , its time to rethink on licensing structure during the next upgrades on pega platforms. Customers needs addons like process mining service for 1 or 2 years to stabilish process dirven by Pega Gen AI in both pega cloud and client premice environments. Leadership wants to see process improvement figures quaterly and if that kind of service given as part of addon during the upgrade client satisafaction will be more with numbers visible to them on investments made on the applications and platform.
