Pega Knowledge - Assisted authoring with Pega GenAI™ Sample Prompts

One of the features of the release ‘23 of Pega Knowledge for Pega Cloud customers is Assisted authoring with Pega GenAI™.

AI-generated options are now available in the Pega Knowledge Authoring Portal to aid authors in creating and enhancing new and existing content, including assistance with spelling and grammar. A single click provides content authors with AI-generated assistance for the article titles, abstracts, and content bodies. The new AI-assisted authoring option can streamline content creation while maintaining organizational consistency.

Only users with the Prompt Manager role can create prompts.
