We are in the process of upgrading one of our on-premise client from Pega 8.6 to Pega Infinity’2023 which includes Pega customer service. After upgrade, ‘About Pega’ section is showing Pega Infinity’2023 but it is not showing Pega customer service 2023. Before upgrade, both the pega platform and Customer service versions were showing in About Pega section.
