We have upgraded our CPM application from pega 7.1 to pega 8.4.
In the upgraded version,it is advised to create intent tasks as case types and refer the case type’s starting flow in the intent task starting flow field.
Since we had many intent tasks already created in the old application without case types. Do we need to create new case types for all the available intents??? or is it ok to continue by including the existing flow in the intent task.??
