I cleared the PCSA certification exam on 18th Oct 2021 but it is not reflected anywhere under my profile and also i am not able to verify the same.

w.r.t your question, please note that you need to calculate full business days for status updates to occur. Has it been more than 5 business days since you cleared the Pega certification exam? NOTE: Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday, or US Holidays.
