Pega CDH Upgrade from 8.6 to 23

I will upgrade Pega 8.6.6 with CDH to Pega Infinity '23 (version 8.23.0). I will do out of place upgrade with double migration and two databases. I will set “customerdata.schema.name=customerdata” in the setupDatabase.properties file when I will run “update.sh --dataOnly true” to upgrade the existing data schema.

When the rule base and existing data schema are upgraded from 8.6.6 to 8.23.0, will it upgrade CDH version from 8.6 to 8.23.0 too or I have to import the jar file PegaCDH_Core_0823.zip?

After upgrading the rule base and existing data schema from Pega 8.6.6 to Pega '23, I imported the below jar files available in the Pega CRM 8.23.0 software:

PegaCDH_Core_0823.zip

PegaCDH_Integration_0823.zip

PegaCDH_Upgrade_0823.zip
