@KamilJaneczek - hope you are doing well, I am planning to use PEGA DWA, one time link for an assignment and we are on constellation, do you if I create a small app on theme cosmos , I can generate DWA link and send to external users as they have removed this feature in Pega 23 onwards thanks @MarcCheong @RameshSangili
If you’re on Pega Infinity 26, then you can use Agentic Assignment External to send an assignment for the External user to take action. The external users can submit the documents or update the fields through the Agentic Assignment.
You can achieve through Theme Cosmos, but it would be a long trip from Constellation → ThemeCosmos → External User → Theme Cosmos → Constellation. If there is an opportunity to upgrade to Infinity 26, then I would suggest that route.
Are you on 25.1.3? If so, DWA should still work in Constellation (there was a bug fix that release to enable this).
Its not Constellation native, as @RameshSangili has outlined the UX isn’t great as it offers up a harness/section but I don’t believe you need the theme-cosmos app to use in Constellation.
Steps
1. Build a Constellation app & casetype
2. Add a DWA step.
3. Give the flow action for that step a Section and the ConfirmExternal harness to show afterwards.
4. Give the External operator ID the access group for users of that Constellation application.
We have a backlog item to create a Constellation native version for this use case but DWA or the agentic approach should still work for you.

This is not related to a bug. This is a new feature introduced in Infinity 26.

Hi @MarcCheong , thanks and its sending one time link/URL outside but view/section not coming but OOTB harness and options are working and even external user is able to to update the case. I have tried removing view from the flow action which I am sending outside with a section but now its showing error that views are not defined, thanks
