Can we implement Direct Web Access in Pega constellation?
This is not supported in Constellation in 24.1 and older versions.

RameshSangili : I can see that Pega has updated documentation now , so 24.2 does not support DWA. Is there any alternative which is suggested to show input fields to external user and process case further ?

As suggested in the documentation, the alternate path is to leverage the Email Channel for the user.
Important: DWA is not supported in Constellation applications. For use cases requiring secure input from external users, consider using Pega’s email channel with natural language processing (NLP) to ingest and process responses.
