The time for traditional report’s on RDBMS is not going to excite clients in Pega world 2026. Engagement will be more on unlocking power of Agents to process data from multiple sources and do reporting using Agentic capability. It’s not just structured data reports but also processing unstructured data , realtime feeds from social media platforms , predictions from external consequences and insights from Databrick or snowflake applications. IT clients already saw scheduled reports and they will get excited in pega world demos about reporting based on data from multiple sources and using Agent to Agent protocol effectively to combine the data to show report in effective way. Future Reports might be a document generation from Agentic AI outcomes and running predictive models on GPU’s for insights and Adoptive Models for recommendations. IT clients want to invoke an agent which will do browsing, collecting data from social media video comments , Predicting business based on external consequence and giving recommendations by the time they come to office and talk with snowflake agents to show insights from historical data.
