Pega 23.1.3 upgrade without Cloud 3 or SRS migration

We are Currently running Pega 8.7.6 version and want to upgrade to 23.1.3

  • Can we do it without Cloud 3 migration?
  • Can we do it without SRS migration?

Please clarify!

  • Yes you can stay on Cloud 2 but Pega will push you to upgrade to Cloud 3. In Cloud 2 you will miss out on features like GenAI etc.
  • I don’t think you can upgrade without SRS migration as per few of the documentations. Its not written clearly. Its best if you connect with your account executive.
