While using the PDFConverterLite component which was downloaded from marketplace
We can able to convert all type of file attachments to the PDF, except word document, which was converting to the PDF but cannot able to open the file, Did anyone faced this issue?

Does this work for excel to pdf? could you please be specific what formats works for you?
It is working fine for excel to pdf. Except word to pdf, remaining file types are converting to pdf.
ConvertWordFileToPDF function is not working remaining functions are working.
Is this specific to doc or docx format?? Please contact the Product Owner listed for that particular component for additional support.
