PDCGov 23 and Postgres 15

Hi

can PDCGov 23 run on Postgres 15, the official document mentioned PG 14 and our admins dont have access to PG14 only PG15

@BinhNguyen It is a pre-requisite for the PDC23 GOV to be built on the stack that has PG14 in it hence it is suggested to built it on PG14
And if you feel if you need to use it with PG15 please reach out to your account executives they can help you out with the compatibility
