PDC: Bulk closure of events

Hello,

We faced a major infra incident which created lots of alerts in PDC (as expected)

But all theses alerts/events can just be closed since it’s a one shot known issue.

Is there a way to bulk close the urgent incidents last seen 2 days back?

Or can you please let me know how events will be automatically closed?

Is it after some configurable days?

Hi @Anthony_Gourtay

Issues that are no longer happening will be closed automatically.

After 7 days they will disappear from the Improvement Plan. After 14 days cases will be resolved as “not seen”.
