Override custom dashboards

We have a requirement where, All the team members have customized there own dashboards in case manager portal. Now manager of team member, wants to publish a new dashboard for the whole team.

How we can achieve it ?

From the case manager portal you have the option of publishing the dashboard for the whole team.

My requirement is more for overriding. When each team member has already customized their dashboard screens, how can we override them, so that when team manager publishes as new dashboards, team members can see new one ?

@Vikas_Agrawal - You will need to delete the personalized Dashboard instances. You can find the instances under System-User-Dashboard class for each user. Once this is deleted whatever manager publishes it will be visible to the end user.

just the instance with “WorkGroup” is suffice to move?

@NirmalaF9055 - Did you do Publish or Publish to Default. If you have published to default then you have to take the instance with the pzinskey of “SYSTEM-USER-DASHBOARD DEFAULT!DEFAULT!DEFAULT”
