Operator info control unable to display Correct Unicode for Surname.
Observe, In the below figure, Updated name and resolved name is not displaying same.
@MrudulaC17497507 The Operator Info control is not showing the correct surname because it is not able to display Unicode characters properly. This usually happens when the name has special letters or characters from other languages. Even though the name is saved correctly, it looks different or broken on the screen. To fix this, make sure the font used in the UI supports Unicode (like Arial Unicode or Noto Sans). Also, check that the section and application settings are using UTF-8 encoding. If the clipboard shows the correct name but the screen does not, then it is a display issue. Updating to the latest Pega version or UI kit may also help solve the problem
