Hi Team,
In middle of processing the case, getting the error as below (Not all the time, intermittently happening). Kindly help to understand what the issue might be here.
Status Fail
Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
Operator ID Unauthenticated or not available
Requestor ID No Id Available
Timestamp
Note: As a workaround, needs to refresh the browser and re-open the case again to continue.
Could someone please help to know about the cause for the above issue.

@NirmalaJ2240 - Any authentication timeout is set at the operator rule ? If using any specific SSO authentication or SAML verify the authentication rule and verify with that service if any session timeout is set.
@Priyanka Boga Could you please tell where could I check if any authentication timeout set at the operator rule?
@NirmalaJ2240 - Sorry my bad its a access group rule. In access group Advanced tab if we set any authentication timeout it will reset the authentication.

Thanks for your reply Priyanka. But in our access group, we have not kept any values for timeout.
@NirmalaJ2240 - Okay , In the usecase any mashup scenario is involved or its a plain portal direct access and working on the case?
During replication of the issue can capture browser network logs and in the application tab Storage → Cookies and select the website. In right side we will be seeing all the cookies along with expire time. That data might help why the authentication is lost suddenly.
