Unable to login from Non-SSO Operator ID

I’m using Pega cloud community edition trial, I’m able to login with my SSO which has developer access.

I created a new Operator with Manager Access group let call it “Manager 1”.

When I try login with the Manager Operator it says “The information you entered was not recognized”

I tried unchecking “Use external authentication” in the security tab of the Manager operator, it did not work

I even tried removed “/PRAuth” from the URL which is used to access the application, it did not work

Is there anything else I can try to login with the Manager Operator that I created?

After unchecking external authentication, provide the URL only till “prweb”. Then try standard username/password login with your credentials.

@KevinR17115962 Can you please remove the space in the Operator ID ( the space between the “manager” and “1”)
What I suspect is this is not because of the user/ operator access

If not please share the Screen shot of the SSO that you use and also the model operator that you configured in the Auth service
