Open Work Item in Edit Mode

Hi,

I have a requirement where i need to open a intent case which is under Interaction Case for a Customer in Editable Mode ,

I have tried placing a button beside each Intent Case under Interaction, added the action set with OnClick - Open Work By Handle/Open Work Item by passing the pzinskey/pyid but the case is opening in read only .

Any help will be appreciated.

If you want to open case in perform mode, then you want to pass the Assign-Worklist/Assign-WorkBasket key of the assignment as input to Open-Assignment action set.

If you are passing the pzInsKey/pyID then case will get opened in review mode only.
