Not getting notifications using pxNotify or pzNotifyWrapper activities

Hello,

I am able to receive bell notifications when i used Send Notification smart shape in the flow. We have requirement to send a notification after uploading a document in the attachment section. I have followed below steps for the same.

  1. Created a data transform and called pxNotify or pzNotifyWrapper activity by passing the notification name.

  2. Called the data transform from the attachment section after uploading.

Have traced the pxNotify activity. Did not find errors. Queue-For-Processing method in the Queue Processor activity pzProcessNotification is successful. But the queue item is not inserted into the queue. Hence no notification is sent.

Please let me know if i am missing anything.

@SANTOSHKY, Please ensure Commit Parameter passed as True for pxNotify Activity.
