Not able to open the link from downloaded document

I have a requirement to attach a file and documents in the section. So i have used OOTB (pyCaseRelatedContent) Now i am able to upload the files and documents.

But the issue with Richtext in pycaserelatedcontent i am uploading the url with the text but not able to open that link when we download the document.

please find the attachment for more details.

Note: We are using Theme-cosmos application.

i think In theme-cosmos application we can find this pycaserealtedcontent.

can anyone help me on this

Hi @AnushaP1329: Please check this.

You can set the params in pyPDFSettings data transform which will get applied for all functionalities which are using HTMLToPDF (or) in pySetDocToPDFParams if you need this change only for Files & documents.
