I am not able to find “Pega Knowledge Buddy” within market place as well as it’s not available to download from download place within software.
@JamesCarstairs please could you provide a response?
I believe there was talk of the component not yet being available on Marketplace - it would be good if you could provide an update.
@MarijeSchillern @GIRRAJ KANKAR Yes, Buddy is a very special new product that requires the provisioning of a Vector database (VDB) and is only available for customers on cloud-3. Customers will need to licence Buddy to get an instance. Parters will need to co-ordinate with their Pega Partner contact to get an instance.
The component will soon be on the marketplace (it’s in the pipeline getting uploaded) - but that won’t change the above. Without a licence and a VDB - it can’t be used.
