I’m sorry that the docs site wasn’t loading for you. I am able to access the site myself. Have you tried clearing your cache or another browser?

I have tried Chrome and Edge still not able to access it. I also cleared cache but no luck..

@AkankshaB6739 can you confirm that none of the documentation links work when you navigate within the PSC menu?
As other users are able to access the server could you run a network trace and discuss the issue with your VPN/ Network administrator?

Are you accessing the site on a corporate network? If so, is there anyone else on site that also cannot access it? If so, in order to ensure the optimal functioning of the docs.pega.com website, please check with your network administrator and modify the security posture as follows:
You should be able to access it on a mobile device as well if the issue is the corporate network security posture. Please let us know if you are successful.
