New Software Download Experience 'My Software' is Live in My Pega!

We are excited to announce the launch of a redesigned software download capability on My Pega that makes downloading Pega software easier, quicker, and more intuitive than ever.

  • Request and download software from a single page on My Pega without the need to look for an email or visit another site or application.

  • Experience significantly improved download times regardless of geography.

The ‘My Software’ tab relaces the Digital Software Delivery process.

How to access the new software download experience (effective Monday, May 9th, 2022)

  1. Visit my.pega.com

  2. Hover over the left hand nav and select “My Software” (visible to users authorized to download software)

@battk Before the new way of downloading I was able to download the Pega Personal versions. Now in the new way of downloading as of 9th may I do not have the option to download anymore. The menu option “My Software” is not showing up. How come? Is this a bug of some kind?

@MarcoN51 Access to My Software is limited to users who have the ability to create support requests in My Support Portal. Someone from our Accounts Support Team will reach out to you directly to address your specific access issue.

@KristinaBatt In “Select Product Versions” page, Only Minor versions are available (example., 8.6, 8.7) & I couldn’t find the patch version. If I select “8.6” and submit the request, what will be the patch version of the package?

@Neminath For platform we are only allowing the users to download the latest patch version. If the user selects 8.6, the latest patch version i.e 8.6.4 can be downloaded.

@KristinaBatt i’m not seing software for download though my company is a partner

@GiriprasadG4738 , If you don’t see the My Software Feature in My Pega you may not be affiliated to the correct company. Please reach out to the Account Administrator in MSP within your organization to set up access.

Note: The My Software feature is available for company emails only. Update your primary email to your company email and reach out to your Account Administrator in MSP to get access.
