I need to create two users, one is creater and another one is approver.
Please suggest how to create.

For this requirement, you need to create 2 operators.
Ex:Let us assume there is Leave Application. Employee and Manager are the two actors involving in it.First Employee will fills the required data and submit the data,then case moves to manager.
You need to add Approval Step and in the Approval step you need to Enter Route to specific user ,by using User name or Operator id you can route it to the manager.

Are you asking about fields?
It’s very simple, click on approval shape and inside add the fields and you can make the fields as readonly, Auto.

@KamineniSurya If multiple records have been created then how to show them in listing in approvers login.
